Chamoy is a popular Mexican condiment and sauce that offers a unique combination of flavors, which are sweet, tangy,and spicy sauce. Chomis Gomis creates our unique and extra delicious sauce with our own secret recipe!

Who We Are

Our names are Nick and Maggie!

We have 5 kids, Adi, Alex, Nick Jr., Marissa and Alexus. As well as 5 beautiful grand babies: Alexavier, Grayson, Isley, Eren and Amelia.

Nick and I were both raised here in the Yakima Valley as well as all of our kids. Our kids being our world and our reason to start Pika Miche!

Pika Miche started in 2019 after we tried some candy that were mixed in a chamoy sauce and Nick saying "Oh I can make these and they’ll taste better!" His first round was not his best (Sorry Nick) until we tried tried some coated cups from California and then again, he said, “We can make some of these but better, our own recipe and unique taste", so we tried and tried. It was trial and error trying to get the sauce to stick and not to run down inside the cup and then we finally got it to the perfect consistency!

We then began our journey into rim dip recipes with the perfect consistency we created ensuring it wouldn’t run down someone’s cup, beer, Red Bull, or whatever kind of drink they prefer! Our eldest daughter, Adi, has helped us out enormously by creating our social media accounts and getting her friends to try our products and share our products with their friends and families.

Eventually, all of our friends and family loved our creations, and we started testing it on fruits and everyone's favorite gummies. Then, when Wray’s Marketfresh reached out to us we knew we were onto something and it was time to expand even MORE. We then started offering our products to convenience stores here locally and then other businesses caught word of Pika Miche and began reaching out to us on their own! The ultimate goal! 

We then started looking into wholesaling out of state and big retail stores, it took time, patience and great determination to get nutrition facts/ingredients created and approved through the FDA. It’s been a blessing for us and our family. All 5 of our children have helped us tremendously, sharing our social media posts and spreading the word to all of their friends. It's a blessing to have such supportive kids!

We are still growing, as we continue to do so, we hope you try our products and spread the word of our family-owned business, Pika Miche.
